~Release and reviews~ The VIP Trilogy bundle by M. Robinson~

Title: The VIP Trilogy bundle
Author: M. Robinson

VIP Synopsis:

VIP: The beginning: A point in time or space where something starts.

32-year-old Sebastian Vanwell, a very successful yacht broker, always loved the design and architecture of a luxurious yacht. His only addiction was being on the water. He loved it, he thrived on it, and he needed it in his life. After a very stable, loving childhood with a few bumps, Sebastian married the love of his life: the one person who he knew would always be there. Julia was his rock, and he loved her more than life itself. Sebastian kept his addiction to the water under control, wanting to keep his time with his wife and son his number one obsession. That was, until he saw her.

Ysabelle Telle hit him hard, knocking the wind from his lungs. This new addiction haunted him, the one compulsion that he couldn't control no matter how hard he tried. Coming from worlds apart beautiful, dark, complected Ysabelle didn't have the rich, protected background that Sebastian had. She had lived a life of hell, growing up in poverty and horrific living conditions with a drug-addict mother who never cared. Ysabelle now lived for one person, and one person only: herself. She was pure perfection. Her beauty, along with a flawless body, had men lined up and driveling over her- ensuring her success as a VIP.

There are too many words that describe the effects when two diverse worlds like theirs collide. They both have too much to lose to get caught in the forceful pull, which could destroy them both.

*****Tab's Review******
First, let me just say WOW!  This story starts out about a girl who grew up in the worst life imaginable for a young child, and a boy who grew up in a really good home surrounded by people who love him, but there are some downfalls to growing up in a home like his.  This is probably the most emotional book I have ever read. When I think back to everything that happened throughout this book, I just lose my breath. By the end, my heart broke for Ysabelle, Sebastian, Julia, and even Olivia. But, I also felt complete happiness for them. I don’t know how she did it, but M. Robinson has me baffled and dumbfounded. This book was written with such detail and passion that I can’t help but to love it. It was like I could feel the soul of each character. Ysabelle, coming up from nothing, to having everything… almost. I felt so sad for her in the beginning, and most of the way throughout the book. The things she had to endure and struggle through is more than any grown woman could handle, much less a child. So, I was both shocked and relieved to find out how she turned out. I learned something about Ysa. While she is a VIP, she has this façade, like she is this strong, well put together woman, when in reality, she is lost. Meanwhile, when she is being herself, just Ysa, she is softer, more real. But in reality, she is so strong. I just love her character! She has a way of making everyone love her and hate her all at the same time.
Sebastian, I felt so sorry for him. A different kind of sorry though. Don’t get me wrong now, there were tons of times that I wanted to jump in the book and slap him. Yeah, sure he had the good life growing up. Good home, both parents, plenty of money, good friends… but with this “good life” came responsibilities and a plan that he pretty much didn’t have a choice in. He could have done so many things differently, but he decided to do what was “right” and what he was “supposed” to do. He did all of the wrong things with the best intentions. Throughout this book, I found myself saying ‘oh bless your heart’ so many times where it concerned Sebastian. This poor man should have followed his heart from the beginning. Doing what is expected of you is never fun. He has a special place in his heart for Julia, Olivia and Ysabelle, they are just in different parts. There is a difference between loving someone and being in love with someone. In the end, I was honestly happy for him. For the first time in his life, he put on his big boy pants and decided to right his wrongs. I can’t wait to see what happens next for this man, and if he can finally come out on top. Pun intended!
Poor Julia… She is just the classic vision of a hard working wife. She’s loved Sebastian wholeheartedly since… well, since she was born. That’s loyalty. Julia is persistent, but she settles. Why? She has the potential to do so much more. Julia fell in love with a fantasy. Well, sometimes a fantasy should stay just as it is… a fantasy. Not only did she settle, but she held Sebastian back as well. I think that’s what hurt the most. She accuses Sebastian of being selfish, but in reality, she is no better. Nonetheless, my heart broke for her near the end. I have a feeling nothing will be the same for any of them.
I kind of have a love/hate relationship with Olivia. Crazy right? How could anyone dislike this girl even a little bit? Well, I’ll tell you. She got mad when Sebatian was being logical; she punished him for being reasonable, and she just basically irritated me. Yes, she is a sweet and adorable kid, but was it too much to ask for her to not want to hurt her sister in a totally devastating way. Then again, the poor girl was just as confused as Sebastian. One minute he’s giving in, the next he is running away. A girl could get whiplash! Alas, I can’t help but feel sad for her. Why did she have to go out like that?
Honestly, I could talk about this book all day, but I don’t want to ruin it for anyone, so I’ll leave it at this. I cannot help but love this book. It was tragic and beautiful, kind of like art. I’m still trying to wrap my head around everything, especially the end. I would say that I have a book hangover, and just can’t read another word, but I just have to know what happens! On to book 2, The Madam. By the way, I loved the Madam in this book! That woman has some power, and women and power can be a deadly combination. Amazing!!! 5 stars!

The Madam Synopsis:

Some people need love…

I need sex, money, control, and power.

Anyone could have those four things, but only one could have VIP. Becoming Madam was never a choice for me, it was a mandated order from the most powerful woman I knew- my mother. I was born to fill her shoes, never to make mistakes, or to show weakness.

You are the product of your environment. They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree; you learn from what you see, not from what you're told. Nature vs. Nurture. I learned from it all; what I saw, what I didn't see, what I was told, and from reading between the lines.

I was raised with the belief that the world spun ONLY because of me. I held power as far back as I can remember, saw things no one ever talks about, and witnessed illegal acts of sex, drugs, and money by the time I was eighteen.

You saw a glimpse of me in VIP, now see it from the beginning. Enter my world where anything goes; no judgments, no remorse, no guilt. You play by my rules, or you don’t play at all. There are no limits to what I can do, or to what I can show you…I will ensure my legacy by any means necessary.

My name is Lilith Veronica Stone, and I am The Madam.

                            *****Tab's Review******

OMFG!!! I don’t even know if it’s okay to say that, but there are no other words to explain how I feel about this book. Madam is one bad ass lady. I know I probably shouldn’t like this lady, as she is supposed to be the “bad guy”, but how can you not love someone who knows what she wants and gets things done. If she wasn’t such a horrible person, I would say I want to be just like her.
This story is about a woman who was raised in a certain lifestyle so that one day she could take over the family business. What her mother doesn’t realize, is that she has created a monster. Lilith, better known as Madam, was the apple of her mother’s eye. She’s an only child and I swear the only reason her mother even wanted her, was so she could take over the business when she retired. I’m not a huge fan of her mother. I especially didn’t like her when Lilith “took over.” I kind of pictured her tucking her tail between her legs and running away like a scared puppy. I’m aware that she really didn’t have a choice and maybe she was actually proud of the way Lilith handled things, but I felt like she could have put up more of a fight.
Lilith was raised to never cry, never show weakness, and never accept less than the best. Throughout most of this book, I had to keep reminding myself to close my mouth, as I was constantly shocked and couldn’t believe the twists and turns throughout the book. The things her mother taught her just left me stunned. My heart shattered when Lilith was “sent away.” It’s easy to see why Madam turned out the way she did. The woman is successful and practically runs Miami. Everyone falls at her feet, either from admiration or fear. That’s power! But she is also broken and confused. No one is perfect…. Right?
I just love it! And let me just say that I was truly shocked at the end. This book deserves so much more than 5 stars! Unfortunately 5 is the sky, and the sky is the limit, so 5 stars it is!!! On to book 3, MVP! I can’t wait to find out what comes next!!!

MVP Synopsis:

Ysabelle

I love you.
Three words that can make or break you.
I thought I needed to find myself. I thought I wasn't happy. I thought I needed more out of life.
I didn’t.
I’m more lost now than I was when I left. I have no answers, just endless amounts of questions. It was only a matter of time until the truth came to light. I never imagined it would change my entire life and everything I thought to be true.
It was all a game.
Except I wasn’t a player.
I was a pawn.

Sebastian

The end.
Two words that have several meanings. I never thought I’d lose her. But did I ever really have her…
Or did VIP?

Can love conquer all?

                             *****Tab's Review******

This book was heartbreakingly beautiful!!!! I just couldn't decide whether to break down and cry or jump for joy! This was like a continuation of VIP and The Madam combined. It tells the story of Ysa and Sebastian and how their lives are finally coming together. Ysa is living out her dreams on a beautiful island and Sebastian is there, because, of course, he couldn’t live without her. They are starting their life together and working on their relationship. There are plenty of bumps along the way, like Sebastian’s son having to deal with his parent’s divorce, and the new people in his life. Ysa tries so hard, and eventually she wins him over. Then mistakes are made, and no one is happy. In fact, there is a moment where Sebastian, who is absolutely devoted to Ysa, throws in the towel. Ysabelle has to go back. This is her family, well, the only family she has. Brooke needs her too, and she is her best friend. How could she really tell her no? Ysabelle does what she feels is right, only to find out that her life is being ruined all over again by someone she loves and trusts. When she finds out what’s really going on, her whole life just comes crashing down around her. Everything was a lie.
This book also tells Madam’s story and the huge secret she has been hiding for many, many years. She is willing to do ANYTHING to get Ysa back and NO ONE will stand in her way. Not even her one time love, Mika. She can’t risk anyone finding out her secret, or it could ruin her entire empire.
Will Sebastian and Ysa work it out? Especially after the feelings of betrayal have set in? Even though they have tons of reasons to work it out? One very important reason in particular. Will Madam’s secret be revealed and ruin her? Will she be able to pick herself up after all is said and done? Is it worth it?
Well, you will have to read it and find out! No one could regret reading this series. It is literally one of the best series I have ever read. I fell in love with the characters and felt as if I was on the journey with them. It was well written and very well developed. I love them all. Another 5 stars!!! I can’t wait to read more from this author.
