                                  MY REVIEW OF DISTORTED

WOW just WOW is all i can say about this book! Seriously this book took me on a ride of a lifetime.
I can say that I have read many love triangles before but I have never NOT been able to pick a favorite guy until DISTORTED! I loved them both so much and I was so so torn through this book!

"I had two men that declared themselves to me and I loved them both in very different ways"

Aly has worked with Paul for years and she has also been in love with him for an equal amount of time. I never really blamed Paul because lets face it, most men are totally oblivious to those little details so yeah I never held that against him. Actually, I loved Paul from the second I was introduced to him and was just set that Aly needed to pick him cause he OOZED sex and was just incredible. Soon Paul starts to change and realize maybe he wants Aly too but one problem is the girlfriend Casey, YES I said it GIRLFRIEND! One day Aly gets her wish and in the heat of the moment things get crazy! She is on cloud 9 THEN that is when the ball drops and she gets her heart shattered!

"I told her I've always been in love with you and that I'd finally told you. I told her that I was going to fight for you, that I only wanted you."

Aly and Ethan have been best friends since college. She senses that he wants more but doesn't want to loose her best friend so she just plays it off like funny HA HA. He is a WONDERFUL man. After I met Ethan I soon learned that maybe I don't want Paul to win her heart just maybe I want Ethan. He is the sweetest man ever!  Soon things change and she looks at her best friend and sees that she is in fact in love with him too! SHE IS LOST!

"We were friends first and we will be friends last, no matter what"

This book totally had my heart split in two pieces. I didn't want a man to get hurt but by the end I did have a favorite and I still hurt for the other man reguardless. I felt every feeling that Aly felt just almost like I was the one that had to make the decision. I LOVE how she pulled this book off. I love how it all played out and I loved all the characters. Laura Dunaway totally rocked this DISTORTED love triangle and keeps you needing more!

"What started out as something completely distorted ended up being something completely perfect"

"The only thing that mattered, that would ever matter, was him. I had finally found my happily ever after"

To see WHO she chooses read DISTORTED by Laura Dunaway NOW! You will not regret it.

                                              EXCERPT FOR DISTORTED

“Then there’s the girl I work with. She’s really hot, sexy actually. Her shoulder length blonde hair drives me crazy; like the way she twirls her fingers through it when she’s nervous. Though, when it’s up in a twist, like today, she fidgets with her fingers. Her dark brown eyes make me want to fall to my knees every time she looks at me.” He paused and stared at me for what seemed like a very long time, “you may know her. Her name is Aly,” he said barely above a whisper as he caressed my cheek with the back of his fingers.

My heart slammed against my chest once again. Jerking my head up to fully look at him, I stared into his eyes. There was no humor or teasing in them. They were filled with sincerity and if I wasn’t mistaken, filled with desire. I struggled to find words. “Um, what?” I asked staggered. I was in shock. He had never spoken to me like this before, never this direct.  His lips curled into a ghost of a smile. “Yep and the outfit she’s wearing today is going to torture me all day long; showing off all of her curves in every possible way. So yeah, that’s who I think is hot,” he said as he dropped his hand from my face and turned to walk into his office. I sat there staring blankly at the doorway, wondering what the hell just happened.

And the lovely author herself!

Laura Dunaway has been married to her prince for 17 years and together they are raising three amazing kids. While she's always had a passion for reading and writing, it wasn't until this past year that she finally realized she should pursue her dream of writing a book. After many many attempts at starting one, Distorted was finally the one that flowed and before she knew it, she'd written The End. When she's not busy shuttling her kids to lessons and practices and making dinner, she's busy behind her computer writing her next book.
