Bound by Lies: Rebecca Shea
An ARC was given for an exchange for an honest review.
HOLY HELL!! I can’t, I just can’t! I’ve read every single book Rebecca has written. All of which I’ve loved…each for different reasons. But this one… This. One. Right. Here. OMG is not sufficient. Rebecca stretched herself further than she has ever done and the conclusion is SIMPLY AMAZING!! This book has left me yearning for more from Rebecca.
The havoc in which my heart was left seems to pair with Emilia’s. I was scared to pick up where Rebecca left off. I didn’t think my heart was capable of being broken yet again. I’m so glad I took the plunge into the deep end and stayed there until the surface seemed to appear out of nowhere.
The story picks up right where Broken by Lies ends. Emilia is crushed. I quite frankly, so am I. Alex is dead. Sam is not who he said he was and Emilia is all alone. Life is bleak for Emilia. She really has no one and nowhere to turn. Until Sam takes it upon himself to keep her “safe.” But will he really be able to keep her safe? Is Alex still giving orders from the grave? Did he really die?
The only way to find out is to read this book!! I HIGHLY advise one clicking this gem.
